Process Surimi -> Additives -> Grinding -> Feeding -> Molding -> Drum steamer -> Cooling ->Thin cutting -> Bundling -> Wrapping ->Coloring -> Sealing -> Cutting -> Vacuum packing ->Pasteurization -> Cooling -> Freezing -> Metal Detector ->Packing.
